How Central Coast cities spend thousands of taxpayer dollars on Holiday staff parties

I asked Central Coast cities about their holiday party spending for the last three years. Pismo Beach was one of the smallest cities on my list… but it spent more than the larger cities of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara combined.
